As a dedicated husband and father, Reg has recently ventured into the world of real estate investing. With two years of experience and a real estate license under his belt, he and his wife have successfully acquired rental properties, in addition to several others through partnerships. Reg is also the driving force behind Solace Cleaning, a company that has experienced remarkable growth, now servicing over 100 clients, including commercial, residential, and a significant number of rental properties, such as co-living spaces and Airbnbs. With a background in senior leadership spanning over 15 years, Reg is motivated by a strong desire to contribute to his family and community, ensuring that every endeavor is aligned with these core values.
Herman Lee
As a real estate professional for the past 4 years working with almost exclusively real restate investors, Herman has developed a unique understanding of the Phoenix community and housing market. Being a Phoenix native and a former pastor, Herman spent much of his teen years and 20s working with homeless and underserved populations. He happened to also marry an incredible wife, Larissa, who has the same passion for taking care of people (she’s a nurse) and together, they’re finding new ways to give back to the community that raised them. As Real Estate investors with multiple successful properties, they get to make that impact in a very direct way they never thought they could before.
